Art World: George V. Antoniou`s Gorgeous Illustrations

I just stumbled across this talented digital illustrator from Cyprus, called George V. Antoniou ho created colourful and elegance illustrations featuring the likes of Audrey Hepburn,  Kim Kardashian, Catherine Deneuve,Bianca Balti,  Rosie Huntington Whiteley any many others that you can see after the jump.


"I have never “formally” studied Art or had specific guidance, tutoring. I did attend college briefly but unfortunately I found that it did not appeal to what I had envisioned.  I have always been following up with fashion’s latest trends and news, but I have been drumming at my own beat, ever-changing and developing the way I work on my illustrations."
 
 
"Fashion illustration works for me because I can develop an imaginary world from scratch sans working with photographers or art directors. I’ve always been fond of DIY. I think it takes a certain skill to come to a conclusion by yourself after painstakingly and lovingly developing something which comes from your inner core."

"I am currently working on a big project , that has nothing to do with any fashion illustration or Digital Art . It is massive portraits of people with stories worth sharing. Further on, I’m in the early stages of creating short animation film that I’d like to just leave out in the open."
