The beautiful and talented girl-group Fifth Harmony has released their highly anticipated debut album titled "Reflection" which features their woman empowerment hit single "Bo$$" and their current single "Sledgehammer" and features impressive production work from the likes of Dr. Luke, Harmony Samuels,Stargate and many others.
"It's definitely a lot more rhythmic and sassy, and kind of sexy in a way. But it's all something we can all really relate to and it ranges from fun and girl-empowering to vulnerable...." is what the ladies had to say about the album that sees them displaying so many layers of themselves.
Check out Vaughn`s review on the album below.
They kick off the album with "Top Down": This song talk about enjoying life and wanting to take everybody for the ride. The production is solid however the lyrics are lacking in some areas. Overall, a good track but nothing amazing compared to rest of the album.

Follow it up with their break-out hit single: "Bo$$": This track speaks about women going for what's theirs no compromises. This urban girls anthem puts the C in CONFIDENT very sassy delivery however the chorus can be repetitive at times this being said this being the first single it definitely catches your attention.

"Sledgehammer": This tracks speaks about how you feel when your with that special person that you love and how they keep your heart racing. This record gives you the feel of a pop smash hit the production is very solid and the chorus gets stuck in your head in no time but while not perfect by any means the girls show they have vocals for days!!!!

"Worth It" featuring Kid Ink :This track speaks about wanting someone and letting him see that you are worth it and he better be as well. This urban uptempo has all the strengths to be a smash the production while very reminiscent to Jason Derulo's "Talk Dirty" is a perfect balance it's between urban and pop instrumentation and their vocals are very solid overall as always.
Rate: 4/5
"This Is How We Roll": This track speaks on having a good time and enjoying yourself it gives me The Black Eyed Peas "I Got A Feeling". By far one the strongest tracks on the album the production is bananas and the change from a very anthemic sound to a very club induced sound is just genius their vocals are very confident and assured.

"Everlasting Love": This track reminds of the girl groups from back in the day that had that one track that just made you feel good. The production is very solid and the vocals just flow so fluidly you can even hear them go for that classic whistle register and the lyrics are very relatable just overall amazing.
Rate: 4/5
"Like Mariah" featuring Tyga: This track speaks on how you express yourself when that special someone touches and they have you have you singing like Mariah. Love the Mariah sample it just takes you back but the production at points became repetitive but their vocals sound amazing again as always.
Rate: 3.5/5
"Them Girls Be Like": I think this is my least favorite from the album the production is very generic but the vocals are very solid as always but the lyrics are just lacking as a whole but I can see some people enjoying the chorus.

"Reflection": This speaks on how you love the way you look and expressing that to the fullest and just bragging if you know it's true. This is by far the strongest track on the album the production is a bass heavy it makes you just start feeling yourself. The lyrics are so cocky and confident this has to be single period and by the way Dinah and Camila really shined through!!!
Rate:4.5/5
"Suga Mama": This tracks talks about spoiling that special someone to the fullest. The production is very urban but it's pop attributes do shine. The lyrics are very simplistic but in a good way but I wanted a little more overall a very solid track not single material.
Rate:3/5
"We Know": This track speaks on knowing exactly how feel about somebody and seeing their actions just makes them not worth your time. This is the direction I want Fifth Harmony to go in this track is full of confidence soul and substance. The production samples BlackStreet's "Don't Leave Me Girl" which originally sampled Tupac's "I Ain't Mad At Cha" this song just takes you back to the 90's and the harmonies are just amazing.
Rate:4.5/5
"Going Nowhere": This urban bop speaks volumes about knowing what you offer and knowing that person ain't about to leave. The production is very solid and could work very well on all formats. Their vocals are so confident and just give you so much life.
Rate:4/5
"Body Work": This song to me is every form of an album filler the production is very generic dance pop. Their vocals are drowned by the production when that's what they are known for by far the weakest track on the album.
Rate:2.5/5
"Brave Honest Beautiful" featuring Meghan Trainor: This track speaks on loving yourself for all the great things that you have to offer a very uplifting track and it spotlights some of the great Divas of our generation. Overall, this track is great from start to finish love it.
